The next step is to stain the floor used oil-based stains and the stain applicator pads. There is a procedure to follow when applying the oil-based stains because, after the first application, you should give it 24 to 48 hours to dry. After the first coating has dried up, you should apply polyurethane using the foam roller of which it takes two hours.

Floor buffing is the next step after the coating of which the use 220-grit screen. After you are done with the buffing, it is time you apply another coating of the polyurethane of which you follow the same process 3 to 4 times. After you’re done with this process, your floor will be a brand-new.
